Description: In this course taught by Kristina Hutch Matthews, you will learn how to engage with your dream maker, increase dream recall, and techniques for analysis/study. In addition, we will examine the many different types of dreams as we process dreams using the projective dreamwork technique taught by the late Jeremy Taylor of the Marin Institute of Projective Dreamwork. Sessions will be playful and fun as we engage in creative exercises to enhance the understanding and the depth of our relationship with our dreams.

A dream journal for recording dreams is a must-have for the course.
