Workshop: Balancing masculine and feminine energy for health and wholeness

Description: Kristina Hutch Matthews, author/illustrator of 'The Cat Flap: A Tale of Harmony and Balance' (BrightShadow Publishing 2014) will share the book and its many messages, and lead participants on an exploration of aspects of the masculine and feminine energies that exist within. We will discuss ways to honor both the masculine and feminine sides of ourselves and set the intention to enhance powers that lie dormant, so one can manifest health, wholeness and balance in one's life.
