Description: After a brief discussion on the concept of the “Highest Self” and some journaling exercises to explore ways we can strengthen this connection on a day-to-day basis, participants will make a visual reminder in the form of a knitted doll that can be created and dressed to resemble the individual in their imagined highest form. This class is perfect both for the adult spiritual seeker, or for parent-child teams to co-create a doll, as a way to honor and support the child’s emerging individuality. Please specify ages/intentions, and hair and eye color for doll at the time of registration.
This hand-knitted doll is easily assembled. Doll kit will include knitted doll parts, fiberfill, extra yarn for hair, button eyes, buttons for articulated arms, embroidery floss for mouth, underwear and socks. You can pick a fashionable outfit and shoes at extra cost. You will take home a finished doll to call your own!
