Note: Please bring a mat, stool or cushion and enter through the front doors of the Penfield Arts Center. Doors will be locked at 9:45 so as not to disturb our meditation.

Class Description: Find balance and learn to meditate in this guided chakra-opening and intention-setting meditation. No previous meditation experience is necessary, just a desire to become more centered and connect with your highest self.
